Founded in 2003 at an industry conference, RegList (also known as “The List”) was created to give mortgage industry professionals a way to connect, collaborate, and share insights beyond the conference circuit.

Today, led by Melissa Koupal, RegList is a national network of over 1,000+ compliance, legal, and quality control professionals representing banks, non-banks, law firms, and leading third-party providers—serving as a trusted community where leaders exchange knowledge, strengthen compliance practices, and find support from peers who understand the challenges of the business.
